Appointment
The initial consultation will last approximately 90-120 minutes for adults and 60-75 minutes for children and infants. This length of time is necessary to get a thorough, holistic understanding of both your condition and who you are as a human being.
Phone or Skype consultations are available for those who are either out of state or unable to make it to the office for each visit.
After the initial interview, I would like you to return for a follow up appointment in approximately 3-4 weeks. This allows sufficient time for the remedy to begin working.
After the first follow up, appointments are scheduled approximately every 6-8 weeks until sufficient improvement is noted.

Payment Policy
Payments for all homeopathic services are due and payable at time of service. I accept cash, check, debit or credit card (make checks payable to Balsam Homeopathic Care).
Homeopathic services are not covered by any insurance plan other than some flexible spending accounts. Please verify with your flexible spending account provider whether they will cover.
Please note that homeopathic practitioners are not medical doctors.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24-hour notice is expected when cancelling or rescheduling to avoid a missed/ broken appointment charge of $50.00.
